Noom: Company Rebrand
Role
As a member of the Creative Project Team at Noom I played a vital role in the company wide rebrand. I rebranded hundreds of user facing assets using Canva & Illustrator to align with the Compass Brand.
Overview
Noom is a subscription-based app for tracking a person's food intake and exercise habits. The company is known for its emphasis on behavior change and mental wellness.
In 2021 Noom underwent a company wide rebrand.
The Challenge
Noom was suffering from an inconsistent brand identity and customer satisfaction with coaching. While their product was impactful, they received customer feedback stating that they could not relate to the photos of people in the assets Noom coaches provided and customers also felt the tone & voice of coaches sounded robotic.
The Solution
The Creative Project team worked to roll out the Compass brand to thousands of existing coaching assets including; typography, color, presentations, team graphics, and graphics that were shared with users. Noom was able to convey a much more human tone and visual images that resonated with their customers.
