Role
I was brought on in a freelance capacity to design the logo and printed advertisements for the Austin Cannabis Entrepreneur (ACE) Conference that was held on April 19-20, 2018 in Austin, TX.
Overview
ACE Conference was a two day event that included Keynote Speakers and meet-ups for people interested in learning more about the many opportunities and challenges in the fast growing cannabis industry.
Challenges
Designing a logo that was not too literal and also professional.
Creating clear and concise advertising.
Designing the Logo
The creator of the Austin Cannabis Entrepreneur Conference requested a logo that was not too literal and also exuded the theme of money. At this point in the project there was no defined color palette or existing logos so I had the opportunity to shape the Conference branding.
